Greetings from Asbury Park!

Hi my name is Greg Owen. This website was created for those who love and have been to Asbury Park, New Jersey. Here, you will see images of Asbury Park as well as other neat things! I spent many summers there and in nearby Ocean Grove. When you click on the picture above, you will be on a trip back through time to the present day in Asbury Park. I hope you enjoy this Virtual Tour of a beautiful resort town on the Jersey shore. I ask that you share your experiences with every one here. You may also send any images to add to this growing website dedicated to all those who love this precious and historic town. I am also preparing to launch an Ocean Grove website as well in the near future.

To learn more about Asbury Park, look at the wonderful site put together by Billy King II. It is extremely informative and gives you a sense of this inspiring town on the Jersey shore. Check out his site on The Jersey Shore Tour here.

Very Important Statement

Everyone who cares about the Palace can do a huge favor.  You can now send a letter to New Jersey Governor James McGreevey online to help save the Palace.  It takes about two minutes. Click on Tillie above and please do it now before it's too late.

Be sure you check out the Ferris Wheel Chronicles to see the latest on the Ferris wheel from the Palace as wheel as Tillie. Also, Carl Beams has developed a brand new site for all of us to enjoy. Go to the Save Tillie Web Site for info on Tillie, the clown face from the Palace Amusements and a detailed history of Tillie by Bob Crane. Check it out.

And now, a great new Asbury Park website! Side O' Lamb's Asbury Park Page

Also see www.backstreets.com, the official web site of Backstreets Magazine and
Backstreet Records. Backstreets, a quarterly printed magazine, covers the music of
Bruce Springsteen and Jersey Shore artists, now in its 18th year of publication and for news of Tillie, the face on the Palace Amusements.

I would like to thank those who have contributed images to this site. It is greatly appreciated. Just send an email to the webmaster here. Click here to see my personal home page. I will be updating this site on a regular basis so come back again and again. Don't forget to sign the Guestbook below. Below are people I would like to thank for their contribution to this site.

Billy Smith (Owner of the Rock & Museum formally at the Palace Amusements)
